The President
Milton Grundy

An English barrister and head of Gray’s Inn Tax Chambers, London. He has written a number of books about tax, of which the most recent is More Essays in International Tax Planning (Keyhaven 2007) and (with Aparna Nathan) Offshore Business Centres, 8th Edition (Sweet & Maxwell). Founding member and President of the Association.
 
The Committee

Nigel Goodeve-Docker
Nigel Goodeve-Docker is an English solicitor specialising in private client affairs, with particular emphasis on family and financial structures for inheritance and tax purposes, both in and outside the UK. He has extensive experience in the “offshore” world. Previously a senior partner with London solicitors, he now practises on his own account. He is a member of STEP, has spoken at ITPA meetings and at other conferences, and written widely in professional journals.

Stephen Gray
Of counsel to Shutts & Bowen in London, is an American lawyer specialising in tax and immigration planning for wealthy individuals. Educated at Johns Hopkins University (BA), American University (JD) and Georgetown University (LL.M.-Tax), Mr Gray previously served as a Trial Attorney/Assistant United States Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice (Tax Division).

Francis Hoogewerf
Francis Hoogewerf FCA, UK chartered accountant and Luxembourg tax specialist. He set up Hoogewerf & Co in Luxembourg in 1970. A founding member of the ITPA.

Marshall J. Langer
American-trained lawyer from Florida now living and working in Europe and the Caribbean. Counsel to Shutts & Bowen, London and Miami. He has written and lectured extensively on international tax planning, the use of tax havens, tax treaties, economic citizenship and residence programs, and the migration of individuals. Co-author of Rhoades & Langer, U.S. International Taxation and Tax Treaties (6 volumes, Matthew Bender). Also author of several other books including The Tax Exile Report (Scope, 6th edition 1997).

Richard Pease
Solicitor. Partner, Lenz & Staehelin of Geneva and Zurich. He is a founding member of the Association.

Roy Saunders
Roy is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and is the author of several works including International Tax Systems and Planning Techniques (Sweet & Maxwell). His most recent book is entitled Principles of International Tax Planning. He is Chairman of International Fiscal Services, which provides international tax advice to companies and individuals throughout the world.

 
Administration

Management of the Association is in the hands of the Committee, chaired by the President.

Administration of our meetings is carried out by Elizabeth Husband, our Convention Director.

Enrolment and renewal of membership is carried out by David Singleton, our Registrar.
