My work is concerned with or includes the theory or practice of international tax planning or the study thereof but is not concerned with and does not include in the normal course (whether or not as the employee of any government) levying taxes of any kind in any part of the world (Rule 4(1) of the Association). I understand that the Committee has the power to grant or refuse this application without being required to disclose any reason. I also understand that the Association is a company limited by guarantee and, if it became insolvent, I might be liable to contribute a maximum of one Cayman dollar (US$1.20).

A bona fide student/trainee is a person who is not in employment (except under a student training contract). Students will be required to supply relevant evidence when submitting the application form.
  • Full membership - I agree to pay £475/euro620/US$950*, being my enrolment fee (£120/euro155/US$240) and my subscription (£355/euro465/US$710) to 31 December 2009. Please send me details of your meetings in Monte-Carlo/Zurich*.
  • Library membership - I agree to pay £145/euro190/US$290*, being my enrolment fee (£35/euro45/US$70) and my subscription (£110/euro145/US$220) to 31 December 2009.
  • Student membership - I agree to pay £100/euro130/US$200*, being my subscription to 31 December 2009. I enclose/fax* evidence of my Student/Trainee* status.
