Declaration by new members
My work is concerned with or includes the theory or practice of international tax planning or the study thereof but is not concerned with and does not include in the normal course (whether or not as the employee of any government) levying taxes of any kind in any part of the world (Rule 4(i) of the Association). I understand that the Committee has power to grant or refuse this application, but without being required to disclose any reason. I also understand that the Association is a company limited by guarantee and, if it became insolvent, I might be liable to contribute a maximum of one Cayman dollar (US$1.20). Provision has been made below to include £475 / €620 / US$950 representing the enrolment fee (£120/€155/US$240) and my annual membership subscription (£355/€465/US$710) up to 31st December 2009. I understand that both this and the booking fee will be returned to me in full should my application not be accepted.
